Under general supervision the College and Marketing Communications Writer creates foundational and compelling cases for programs collaborates cross-functionally on content ensures quality and search engine optimization (SEO) analyzes content performance and engages in ongoing professional development consistently reflecting CSUNs mission and commitment to student success. The role demands close collaboration with senior administrators program directors and faculty to effectively communicate the distinctive qualities and benefits of each academic offering. This includes developing comprehensive content strategies conducting thorough research and ensuring all materials align with branding standards and regulatory guidelines.
