Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales Director to lead and expand Resultants growth in the private sector healthcare domain. This level role is responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy cultivating C-suite relationships and driving new business across healthcare providers payers and life sciences organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the healthcare industry a strong understanding of digital transformation data analytics cloud solutions and a proven track record of selling complex professional services and technology solutions to enterprise clients.


Qualifications :

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for Resultants private healthcare vertical.
  • Identify market opportunities emerging trends and whitespace within the healthcare provider and payer landscape.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare decision-makers (CIOs CMIOs CTOs COOs etc.).
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to proposal development negotiation and closing.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with delivery marketing and solution architecture teams to craft tailored value propositions.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to organizational sales maturity.

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting.


Additional Information :

Travel: Up to 50% of travel to conferences client meetings and sales presentations.
