Job Description
We are seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our Civil Survey Marketing Team based in Portland Oregon. In this role we require someone to primarily plan and produce prime proposals coordinate subconsultant qualifications and contribute to the teams success by supporting a variety of initiatives as they arise.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated organized and resourceful person who has experience with prime proposals. This is a full-time M-F hybrid position working 3 days a week in our downtown Portland office.
The Proposal Specialist role includes the following responsibilities:
- Leading the development of prime proposals from Go/No Go to Debrief
- Planning and executing proposal writing layout design and final production
- Assisting with responses to teaming requests
- Updating and organizing marketing assets
- Updating information in the marketing database (Deltek Vantagepoint)
- Assisting with other tasks and events as needed
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in AEC marketing
- Proven experience leading proposal development
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to self-motivate multi-task and collaborate
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) and Office365 (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook Teams)

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidates experience education and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate for this Proposal Specialist position is $72000 to $90000.
