LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the worlds professionals. The SEA HK TW Agency Development Team is responsible for equipping agencies with the marketing product capability and insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients growth.
We are seeking an Agency Development Lead to establish and strengthen key agency relationships at both Holding Companies and independent agencies managing many of LinkedIns largest most strategic customers. The role is focused on driving revenue ROI agency education and capabilities.
The candidate will have extensive experience of LinkedIns platform and marketing solutions and will work collaboratively with Field Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure we are meeting partner needs.

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Build manage and strengthen relationships with stakeholders within key advertising agencies across a range of disciplines (Executives Paid Social Investment Strategy Measurement Analytics Creative)
- Partner with Field Sales to drive commercial acceleration of high potential accounts through senior level relationships video adoption development of full funnel marketing strategies large-scale transformational programs Joint Business Plans and/or Agency Level Agreements.
- Own revenue growth targets by increasing agency spend and adoption of LinkedIn ads
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing Insights & Measurement Video and more) to develop agency strategies to maximize growth and build partnerships that scale revenue.
- Develop and implement programs to improve agency capabilities and education through training business reviews and product updates.
- Work with cross functional partners Field Sales Agency Development colleagues to foster best practice exchange and align strategies.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 10 years Marketing / Agency / Advertising experience
- 5 years developing Marketing Strategies
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering results in SEA HK and TW markets.
- Strong digital advertising video and social media expertise
- Experience crafting and implementing commercial agreements at a local level.
- Exhibit high level of competency in oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency stakeholders and working across teams within complex organizations to achieve objectives.
- Established network of relevant industry relationships in market and deep understanding of global agency holding companies and independent agencies.
