Bell Attendant
To provide prompt courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Chateaux. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times and lift at least have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Essential Functions:
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
- Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding areas attractions and points of interests.
- Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag store and distribute baggage.
- Orient guests to the Chateaux and facilities.
- Show rooms and property to visitors.
- Delivery of items such as messages packages and flowers to the rooms as needed.
- Maintain a clean neat and professional work area
- Be able to quote basic history of the Stein Collection Deer Valley and Park City.
- Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees.
- Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees.
Education Experience and skills required:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Has and enthusiastic willingness to work together with a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours (days evenings weekends and holidays).
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving history.
