Build and manage automated multi-channel CRM campaigns (email push SMS in-app) using Braze to acquire groom and retain customers.
Propose and test innovative customer engagement and incentivization strategies with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
Manage and optimize an incentives budget to support customer acquisition and reactivation.
Develop regionally designed locally relevant strategies and provide support to local teams with campaign customizations insights and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Growth Data Regional/Local) to align on user experience marketing incentives and campaign planning.
This is a Singapore-based opportunity open to Singaporeans/PR only. We are also able to hire locally out of our other locations in which foodpanda operates if you are local to those countries.
Qualifications :
Candidates must be fluent in English.
2 years of CRM or lifecycle or retention marketing experience ideally in online retail groceries retail or fast-paced digital environments.
Strong understanding of customer journeys segmentation engagement loyalty and retention strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools: Braze (must have) and experience with HTML CSS and Liquid is a plus.
Analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights.
Creative eye for content and messaging; takes ownership and pride in campaign outcomes.
Strong communication stakeholder management and project management skills.
Collaborative team player comfortable working in international cross-functional setups
