This is a pivotal leadership role at the University of Auckland responsible for enabling strategic alignment insight-led planning and enterprise-wide performance.
As Director - Strategic Planning & Programmes you will lead a newly shaped function that supports the Universitys strategic direction through integrated planning data governance and programme enablement. You will oversee the development of planning frameworks performance measures and strategic initiatives that contribute to the Universitys long-term successenhancing institutional effectiveness operational agility and service design.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will lead a diverse team that brings together strategic planning business capability data insights and programme delivery. With visibility across the full strategic cascadefrom institutional strategy to implementation and outcomesyou will help ensure decisions are informed aligned and impactful.
You will lead a portfolio working across the University including education research and professional services to support strategic alignment and enable new ways of operating. You will engage with senior leaders and government agencies to support investment planning optimise funding and contribute to the Universitys reputation sustainability and success.
