Job Description

**INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY**

The role:

Were looking for a dedicated Claims Consultant to join our team managing medium complexity property and motor claims with a strong focus on landlord this role youll be the key point of contact for customers guiding them through the claims process with empathy and professionalism while setting clear expectations and strategies to ensure smooth resolution.

Youll be responsible for assessing new claims making indemnity decisions appointing service providers and managing reservesall while maintaining compliance and upholding our company values. Collaboration is key and youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with service standards. Your insights will also help shape underwriting and product development trends.

  • Strong analytical and investigation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Attention to detail and sound judgment
