The Internet Sales team helps drive business to the dealership by assisting prospective customers online and over the phone with questions about vehicle inventory and financing options along with scheduling sales appointments and following up with sales leads.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with prospective customers online and over the phone to provide general information and schedule showroom appointments.
  • Track sales lead activities in the CRM daily and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
  • Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory and ancillary products available to provide customers with knowledgeable service.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Proactively seek out sales leads and follow up with prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of prior automotive internet sales or business development experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Computer literacy and adaptable to new technology and software.
  • Achievement driven proactive and comfortable with handling customer objections to achieve sales goals.
  • A valid Nevada drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment:

This is an in-office role at the dealership located in Las Vegas. We are open Monday Saturday 8am 9pm and are seeking flexible candidates who are able to work various shifts during business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek with Sundays and one other day off each week.
