Job Summary:
esp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) who leads the strategic development and continuous improvement of Experience Programs across esp communities. The position is responsible for creating and evaluating standards of excellence consulting and training program staff and partnering with community coordinators to ensure consistent mission delivery aligned with the esp Way. By staying informed on industry trends and best practices the role enhances program impact and supports the successful launch of new Experience Programs in emerging esp communities.

Top Five Responsibilities:
- Leadership Management and Accountability of a Program Fellow
- Create evaluate and continuously improve standards of excellence and mission delivery for all esp communities in identified program focus area: Experience Programs
- Consult with train and/or onboard all Program Staff in the identified program focus area
- Stay on top of industry trends and standards to renew and improve program mission delivery
- Support in launching new esp communitys experience programs
Detailed Functions Responsibilities & Skills:
- Oversee regional processes and train all program staff in identified program focus areas: licensing and logistics key partnerships and relationships program technology oversight and support regional programming (example: Camp Twin Lakes) and more as needed.
- Identify ways to continuously improve programs whether through overall operational improvements or direct community engagement..
- Consult with train and uphold all program staff on processes standards of excellence and logistics
- Leadership and management and accountability of a Program Fellow
- The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) will also be responsible for supporting the launch of esp in new cities through Pop-Ups and Launch weeks and whenever new programming is introduced or added.
- Prioritize safety for our participants families interns assistants and volunteers at year-round programs
- Since the SPC will be consulting with and training other cities new and established travel is expected.

Experience / Preferred Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred history of planning and executing large programs/projects
- Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable with technology and multiple management platforms
- A high quotient for hospitality and customer service
