The Witmer Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role youll take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities by managing social media content capturing jobsite photos and videos and coordinating advertising efforts. Youll play a key role in tracking campaign performance managing our CRM system and supporting both internal and external communications. Were seeking an individual who is detail-oriented organized and ready to bring fresh ideas to showcase the craftsmanship behind our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate regular social media posts across various company platforms.
- Assist in creating promotional materials including sales kits handouts and brochures.
- Manage CRM data using HubSpot to track leads and maintain contact lists.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to curate company updates and news.
- Coordinate advertisements signage and branded collateral (fleet vehicles banners giveaway items and business cards).
- Support content creation including articles press releases e-blasts and award submissions.
- Help organize and participate in special events trade shows and training initiatives.
- Track and report social media engagement website traffic and lead generation statistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator).
- Familiarity with WordPress and experience in CRM software (HubSpot).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience handling photography/videography for company content.
- Background with construction or other industry related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing with hands-on experience in Instagram LinkedIn Facebook.
