About the Internship
Join MindPal for a 3-month backend internship focused on real-world impact hands-on coding and cutting-edge AI products. Youll contribute directly to our recruitment platform used by tech companies across Europe and the US.
What Youll Do
Maintain and develop backend services using Python and Django REST Framework
Write unit tests to ensure stability and scalability
Build and improve SQL-based dashboards
Collaborate directly with tour CEO and HR Team on features and improvements
Work alongside a small highly technical team building AI-driven recruitment tools
Job requirements
What Were Looking For
A solid foundation in Python and basic knowledge of Django
Interest in AI especially LLMs and automation
A passion for clean readable code and attention to detail
Availability to work on-site in Gliwice
Willingness to learn fast receive feedback and grow
