The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a customer-facing client support or administrative role along with excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Experience with Smartsheet is a plus. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational abilities capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while delivering high-quality service. This is a remote position.

REQUIREMENTS:
13 years of experience in a customer-facing client support or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with Smartsheet is an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
Professional courteous and proactive in problem-solving
DUTIES:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and customers
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and request information as needed
Follow up on outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met
Escalate issues appropriately and adhere to escalation protocols
Track progress and provide regular status reports to management
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Maintain accurate records using internal systems including Smartsheet (advantageous)
Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team culture
