The Role

Working alongside a team of mental health professionals and assisting with maintaining our high-quality counselling service you will be:

  • Providing administrative support including client and customer engagement case management data entry email management and support to key operational functions
  • Responding to all inbound enquiries via the phone website enquiries live chat and text message
  • Scheduling counselling and other mental health and wellbeing appointments
  • Effectively managing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships including clients customers and contractors
  • Facilitating coordination of services including case management and follow-up administrative duties
  • Managing crucial quality assurance and database record-keeping and following up on clients and counsellors to ensure we deliver services in line with our service level agreements
  • Handling critical processes including month-end tasks shared mailbox oversight and reporting
  • Maintaining Acacias database including case creation customer setup service allocation clinician management and other tasks

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • Previous experience in a call centre or fast-paced administrative environment
  • Shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 7pm
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple projects
  • Good understanding of databases and Microsoft programs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and friendly phone-manner are essential
  • Positive can-do attitude
