OPTIONS is looking for a CLETeam Leader!
Are you a new professional with a Bachelors degree in a social service field looking to expand your supervisory and management skillsOPTIONSis a non-profit agency that helps people with disabilities live and work in the community.In this role theCLE Team Leaderwill provide participants with opportunities to access the Community throughCommunity Life Engagement Enrichment Services (CLE). This is a great opportunity to earn extra money without the need for a second job while you grow your career!

Pay:$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership in development and implementation of services while building the CLE Program Model while maintaining the agency-wide person-centered philosophy and practice.
- Role model and provide leadership and supervision to direct support staff.
- Increase opportunities for Community Partnerships thereby increasing the menu of activities for Enrichment participants.
- Make schedules for Community access and ensure that Enrichment groups aremaintaining them.
- Attend/coordinate/assist with annual CPOC/IPP meeting as needed in all programs.
- Assist with Quality Assurance efforts across all programs.
- Conduct comprehensive weekly surveys regarding participant choice of activities requests are implemented.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Services field (Required)
- Excellent organization written oral and computer skills;
- Intermediate to advance keyboarding skills
- Strong interpersonal skills;Ability to be flexible
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a clear driving record
- Must be a licensed driver (Required)
- Must have a clear criminal background
- Must pass a drug screen.
Preferred:
- Three to five years work experience
- Experience in working with individuals with MR/DD.
