Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is proactive passionate about agile methodologies and eager to develop the ability to facilitate the work of multidisciplinary teams. During the internship you are expected to support AGILE (Scrum) best practices within SW development teams.
Your contribution to something big:
- Supporting the Scrum team as a facilitator (Daily Planning Review Retrospective);
- Collaborating in a continuous improvement environment contributing with ideas and suggestions to optimize processes and products;
- Helping to identify and remove obstacles that may impact the teams progress;
- Assisting the Product Owner with backlog management and sprint planning;
- Support for protecting the team from external interferences and helping maintain focus;
- Measuring and reporting performance metrics (velocity burndown etc.);
- Collaboration continuous feedback and team development.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Academic Background: Degree in IT Communication or Industrial Management;
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies including terminology and goals (Scrum Kanban SAFe);
- Willingness to develop communication and facilitation skills;
- Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills;
- Interest in building experience with tools such as Jira Confluence and Miro;
- Motivated to work on projects with distributed/remote teams;
- Eagerness to learn proactive attitude and critical thinking;
- Team player: dynamic proactive and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
