We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sepang Malaysia. As a key member of our sales department you will be responsible for driving revenue growth developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and achieve targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities focusing on high-value accounts
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future trends to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of sales principles practices and techniques
- Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus and will be considered an advantage
