Wellbeing Coordinator

Working Pattern: Part Time 12 hour per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Until end of June 2026

Number of roles: 1

Salary: 13.15 per hour

We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a live-in Kaplan International College London Wellbeing Coordinator to live within our student accommodation and become an integral part of the daily lives of our students with particular focus on supporting those under the age of 18. As the Kaplan Living U18s Wellbeing Coordinator your presence will contribute significantly to ensuring that our students feel safe comfortable and part of the residential community.

The role is based at Kaplan International College London (KIC London) a vibrant university pathways college where students from more than 80 countries come to prepare for entry onto undergraduate or postgraduate courses at one of our 7 prestigious university partners. Following a recent major refurbishment project KIC London offers students a beautiful state-of-the-art study environment with a range of learning spaces which encourage both collaboration and independence. Our KIC London team is committed to ensuring our students thrive socially and academically during their studies. Our college is located next to borough market two minutes from London Bridge station offering fantastic views across the Thames to the City of London.
