Job Description

Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Canada is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with 10 years of strong experience in commercial law licensing of intellectual property corporate governance and litigation (with 3 years in-house experience preferred) to join their strong team.

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most influential accounting organizations in the world supporting the profession and representing Canadian CPAs at national and international position reports to and will work alongside a dedicated General Counsel Legal and Regulatory Affairs and works collaboratively with senior leadership and other lines of business and corporate functions on legal business and compliance matters. This is a hybrid position that offers excellent growth potential and interesting and engaging work at a welcoming and high-performing innovative organization. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
