- Salary from $99K pa $110K pa super
NSW Resources are looking for a Resources Analyst to help support the effective operation of the NSW mining royalty scheme.
What Youll Do:
As a Resources Analyst you will undertake:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support policy development and inform strategic decisions
- Information & Database Management: Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate and accessible information
- Reporting: Prepare reports discussion papers briefs and submissions aligned with policy initiatives and legislative requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings consultations and working groups to support collaborative policy development
- Project Support: Assist with monitoring and evaluation activities to track policy outcomes and support continuous improvement
What Were Looking For:
Ideally youll have qualifications and/ or experience in economics however we are seeking someone who can:
- Work confidently with databases and large datasets.
- Deliver clear evidence-based insights through research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate within teams and contribute to shared goals.
