Job Description

Were looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Metrology team in Artesia or Carlsbad NM. In this pivotal role youll be the engine behind our day-to-day operations building strong teams solving real-world challenges and delivering the high-quality service our clients count on. What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for SPLs established customers in assigned region;
- Address customer issues initiate corrective action reports and follow through on resolution;
- Interview hire train and manage measurement technicians;
- Manage technician vehicles equipment and local inventory;
- Ensure facilities service centers equipment and vehicles meet SPLs cleanliness and brand standards;
- Conduct routine customer visits to assess satisfaction and align on expectations;
- Maintain and communicate work schedules; notify customers and internal teams of any changes;
- Maintain company-issued property (tools vehicle laptop PPE etc.);
- Submit accurate and timely paperwork for services performed;
- Uphold a strong culture of safety and operational accuracy;
- Other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree preferred;
- Minimum of 3 years of liquid gas and/or liquid measurement experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and/or management experience;
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record;
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical aptitude;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
- Ability to perform basic math and data interpretation;
- Capable of working independently and managing several priorities simultaneously;
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures including extreme heat or cold.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print
- Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
- Flexibility to work 816 hour shifts to support business needs including weekends and holidays as part of an on-call rotation;
