Job Description

Description

Recruiting full cycle recruitment

o Develop Implement and execute recruitment strategies that build a healthy pipeline of talented candidates for open and future role

o Proactively source and screen candidates using Paylocity job boards LinkedIn and other platforms.

o Manage multiple open roles and candidates at a high touch level with thorough follow-thru and consistent communication.

o Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

o Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and hiring dashboards.

o Support internship and co-op recruiting including university outreach.

o Actively spearhead and participate in efforts to attract diverse talent at all levels of the company.

Onboarding & Orientation

o Prepares offer letters sets up pre-employment testing and onboarding schedules.

o Coordinates background checks pre-employment drug testing

o Conducts new hire orientation and ensures all onboarding documents are completed accurately.

o Sends out the on-boarding check list to ensure that all IT facilities and accounting are set and ready to go for the new employee

o Enrolls employees in the various portals benefits safety and 401k

o Monitors onboarding feedback and implement process improvements

Training and Safety

o Coordinate employee training sessions online training portals and recertification

o Assist with the development of new training materials as needed per clients needs

o Collect feedback from training sessions to help improve content and delivery

o Ensures our electrical gloves are in compliance and available for staff to use

o In coordination with the Office manager ensures new hires have the proper safety equipment

Team and Workplace engagement

o Build strong relationships at all levels of the company in a wide variety of areas establishing credibility as a trusted partner

o Participates and assists with company events Tech Conference Summer Picnic End of year party monthly company wide lunches

o Participates and attends in department meetings 1 & 1 with supervisor

Employee reviews

o Assists with annual reviews and 90 day reviews using Paylocity

o Assigns and tracks review status.


SUPERVISION RECEIVED/WORK DIRECTION PROVIDED

  • Works under supervision. Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment overall adequacy and accuracy.
  • May manage small to medium projects under direction of supervisor.

CLIENT RELATIONS

Maintains professional courtesy when in direct contact with clients.

Provides service to clients that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Expected to communicate directly with client.

Ability to address client issues directly with client.

o Ability to delegate and manage schedules and priorities to junior staff.

o Contributes to team effort which may require additional hours beyond base hours.

TRAINING

o Participates in training seminars made available by Company.

o Displays ability to learn quickly from instructions explanations and demonstrations.

o Continues to learn and update processes and procedures of the Companys Administrative department.

o Ability to train cross-train and give direction to junior level positions.

o Skilled at managing multiple requests from internal and external clients.

o Communicates with management workload status.

o Demonstrates ability and willingness to work cooperatively with team members in a high-energy working environment that encourages self-initiative.

o Understands remembers and carries out written and oral directions.

o Demonstrates attention to detail.

o Ability to break down large tasks into smaller pieces and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

o Resolves priority conflicts with senior personnel and associates.

o Ability to monitor and advise junior staff on workload and priorities.

Ability to communicate policies to staff as needed.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2-year or 4-year degree in Human resources business administration or related field.

Two or more years experience working in an office environment focus on recruitment

Working knowledge of Paylocity or other ATS systems

Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook.

Effective task management dedication to high quality service and thorough attention to details.
