This high-impact role will be central to creating sustainable value through strategic partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities across Amazons diverse offerings. This is a unique opportunity to join a centralized team that manages strategic partnerships spanning 180 Amazon BUs. As the strategic leader you will be responsible for creating an end-to-end strategy for long-term engagement that drives top-line growth for Amazon through deeper integration with customers across all Amazon BUs.
This role will have direct visibility and engagement with the Amazon CEO and S-Team members. You will provide corporate wide strategy and make high-judgment decisions that affect the companys direction at the highest levels to uncover opportunities for net new revenue co-innovation and product integration. You will need to function as an arbitrator across multiple cross-functional teams making critical decisions that impact the entire company. We seek leaders who can balance being both a customer advocate and managing AWS customer/partner relationships while driving to decisions that benefit Amazons overall growth.

Bachelors degree
15 years of strategic business development experience
Proven experience in complex deal negotiation and execution
Strong technical acumen across multiple industries
Experience working with C-suite executives
Track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders
MBA or advanced degree
Multi-industry expertise and enterprise technology experience
Proven success in strategic partnership development and execution
Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
Experience working across diverse business units and organizational structures
History of driving large-scale strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leadership
Experience in technology integration and strategic partnership development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $211300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $314400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
