Outreach Transaction Processing Supervisor

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager the Outreach Transaction Processing Supervisoroversees the staff processing consumer information for theNew Jersey Family Care Managed Programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required level agreements.
• Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
• Monitoring staff performance includingproductivity quality and attendance.
• Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
• Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
• Writing and developing policies and procedures as necessary.

Qualifications

• Have two years of supervisory experience in government service to consumers.
• Possess ability to communicate effectively through clear concise written documentation verbal presentations and interviews.
• Have proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
• Show ability to achieve results through knowledge empathy and commitment.
• Demonstrate ability to lead motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to work onsite during evening and weekend hours.

Preferred

• Hold an associates or bachelors degree.
• Have supervisory experience related to eligibility in health and human services.
