Pay Rate/Range: $20/hr
Description: The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to support the Customer Service Manager and broader team through day-to-day administrative tasks efficient organization and reliable communication.
Schedule appointments and maintain the supervisors calendar
Screen incoming calls emails and correspondencerespond independently when appropriate
Draft memorandums agendas meeting notices minutes resolutions and other internal documents
Serve as custodian of official documents and records maintaining organized filing systems
Communicate on behalf of management with internal teams and external contacts
Assist with special projects research data compilation and report preparation
Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2years of relevant experience
Typing speed of around 60wpm; proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong phone etiquette written communication and proofreading ability
Discreet professional and dependable with keen attention to detail
Able to work independently prioritize tasks and adapt to new procedures
Excellent organizational analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm
