Thompson IndustrialsPowered by Clean Harbors inHopewell VAis looking for anInsite Administratorto join their safety conscious team!This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. TheInsite Administratorserves as representative ofThompson Industrialcreating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The Insite Administrator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC-Industrial jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies practices and procedures.Transitioning Military this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Industrial setting Refinery Petro-Chemical Utilities Pulp and Paper Mills etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Must show ability to take full responsibility for all facets of assignments;
- Payroll background a plus;
- Data entry experience a MUST;
- Enthusiastic personality;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel Word).
