Job Description
Youll work closely with top-tier investment firms supporting them through software implementations performance reporting and analytics while collaborating with experienced industry professionals. Your responsibilities will span client onboarding valuation support audit coordination internal product initiatives and various ad hoc projects.
What youll do
- Youll assist clients with implementing new software by reconciling investment metrics streamlining reporting documenting procedures troubleshooting and training staff.
- You will support the Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team with valuations investor communications audits liquidity planning and waterfall modeling.
- Youll collaborate with the Head of Product on internal software rollouts including vendor meetings pricing memos project management and onboarding.
- Youll provide clients with performance reporting and deliver analytical and modeling support.
- Youll take on ad hoc and special projects as needed adapting to evolving priorities.

- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($80000-$115000).
Qualifications :
- You bring 4 years of experience in real estate finance private equity public accounting or fund administration backed by a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You have strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on portfolio analytics data management and working with large data sets.
- You consistently deliver high-quality detail-oriented work while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- You collaborate effectively in team environments communicate professionally and provide excellent client service.
- Youre highly proficient in Excel using advanced functions like SUMIFS INDEX(MATCH) IF statements SUMPRODUCT ARRAY formulas and COUNTIFS.
