• Support and control Jira requests related to Workday ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Support the team on analyzing investigating and resolving Workday incidents collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
• Help with testing new configurations in Workday.
• Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
• Support to end-users as necessary.

• Availability for 6 months full-time internship
• Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Nice to have: previous experience using any HRIS (Workday SAP Factorial etc)
• Nice to have: familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding employee data management or time tracking through digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment.
• An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude.
