JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform invoice matching and reconciliation to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and clear any backlog in the ERS (Expense Reimbursement System).
  • Review and resolve the backlog of Accessorial tickets ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Approve new Accessorial tickets until a process alignment is established and responsibilities are transitioned to the Brewery Logistics teams.
  • Manage and execute all manual Coupa vendor approvals for rice transloads ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement standards.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and operations performance.
  • Conduct routine data cleaning to ensure the integrity of the data used for reporting and decision-making.
  • Monitor empty trailer availability and track movements to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage and optimize the Yard Management System (YMS) for accurate trailer tracking and scheduling.
  • Provide operational coverage and support during team members vacation periods ensuring continuity of logistics functions.
  • Conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis on recurring operational issues process bottlenecks or discrepancies.
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to prevent future operational challenges.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Economics Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management
  • Overview and Understanding of Supply Processes: Warehousing Transportation Inventory Management
  • Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Use of SAP TMS (Transport Management System) etc. Experience with Power BI and EDI process is desirable.
