About the role:
- Work directly with partners who are leaders in their field.
- General commercial disputes
- Contractual disputes shareholder and partnership issues breach of directors duties
- Property and leasing disputes.
- Debt recovery and enforcement.
- Corporate and insolvency litigation.
The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years PQE with a solid grounding in commercial litigation.
- Confident communicator with strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Motivated team-oriented and eager to learn from the best.
- Construction experience will be viewed favourably but isnt essential.
