Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in various methodologies and tools including SQL Agile processes and data analysis techniques. The Business Analyst will work closely with leadership to ensure that project requirements are met and that solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain data from internal systems ( such as EMR scheduling and billing software)
- Build and update Excel-based reports to track key metrics (patient volume staff productivity visit completion etc.)
- Assist in identifying trends or discrepancies in data and reporting them to leadership
- Support compliance and quality assurance teams with routine reporting
- Help prepare monthly or quarterly summaries and visualizations for leadership
- Perform ad hoc data requests and basic analyses to support various departments
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Analytics Healthcare Administration Business IT or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables charts)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Curious eagar to learn and comfortable working with numbers
- Basic understanding of databases or familiarity with SQL is a plus (but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
