About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Credit Data & Administration Team in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Lending Operations supporting the firms fastest growing business. As this growth accelerates so does the need to support our businesses and partners.

Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) provides a full suite of corporate banking solutionsincluding credit treasury management and derivativesto clients in Banking Commercial Real Estate and Structured Products. The Credit Data & Administration Team supports these business lines by managing post-close activities and ensuring high standards of data quality regulatory compliance and policy adherence.

This role integrates business execution with data strategy and reporting expertise to support the evolving needs of CIBLO Credit Data and Administration by leading initiatives that enhance data quality streamline reporting processes and ensure regulatory compliance of credit-related data and documentation across the banks systems.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of data quality-driven reporting and data sourcing strategies. Define data quality objectives and execute scalable initiatives to enhance data integrity and consistency.

  • Develop and implement data quality KPIs monthly metric reporting and dashboards to monitor activity and resolve data issues proactively.

  • Identify and develop workflow tools supporting operational and regulatory reporting needs.

  • Translate business and compliance requirements into data specifications ensuring accuracy completeness and fitness for purpose.

  • Utilize programming data visualization and data action tools to analyze and integrate datasets from multiple systems.

  • Collaborate with credit execution teams loan operations and portfolio management to align data and reporting workflows.

  • Support data-focused inquiries ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Review strategic approaches to support business performance using data interpretation.

  • Collaborate with Credit Execution & Administration Middle Office and CIBLO Operational Excellence leaders on strategic data quality initiatives.

  • Guide and mentor less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10 Years Financial Services experience with strong understanding of core commercial lending concepts

  • 8 years of Project and/or Change Management experience

  • Demonstrated experience in data automation data governance data quality or control execution within complex data environments

  • Strong understanding of programming languages and data and reporting tools including MS Power Suite skills

  • Experience with loan systems (e.g. Loan IQ AFS).

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and deliver insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Strong ability to work independently and to effectively interact with process owners and business partners

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying root cause(s) of issues developing solutions that mitigate risk and finding opportunities to improve efficiency

  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management

  • Facilitation skills including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse differing and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

  • Ability to develop operational reporting and perform data and trend analysis using advanced Excel techniques
