Senior Coordinator Impact Giving

Department: Resource Development
Reports To: SVP Impact Giving
Location: Hybrid

FLSA Status:Non-Exempt
Position Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity

Good360 is seeking a motivated Senior Coordinator Impact Giving to provide support to ongoing development efforts with corporate and foundation donors. Under the direction of the SVP Impact Giving the Senior Coordinator will assist in researching prospective donors support donor outreach and manage a grant calendar. They will also be responsible for drafting grant proposals donor reports and briefings.

The selected candidate will be highly organized and experienced in fundraising or administrative support. This is a great opportunity for a collaborative mission-driven professional to contribute to Good360s impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Research and evaluate corporate and foundation prospects
  • Manage thank you process to donors
  • Support SVP Impact Giving with donor outreach efforts
  • Assist in writing grant proposals reports and drafting briefings
  • Support marketing and communication materials including case statements special documents for funders emergency response materials public policy initiatives
  • Manage and track deadlines in the grant calendar
  • Coordinate with Impact Program team to stay on top of emerging programmatic priorities
  • Maintain accurate donor records in Good360s CRM system

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with administrative/fundraising capacity
  • Proficient with MS Office Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of fundraising information sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong people skills with ability to interact with groups and individuals at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to follow direction and receptive to feedback
