Job Summary
The Program Coordinator position will model the Netrio mission vision and values each day functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. The Cybersecurity Program Coordinator will help support the Netrio PMO in planning monitoring controlling executing and closing high-visibility projects and events in a highly expansive and aggressive growing firm. The Program Coordinator will possess a high degree of personal accountability impeccable communication skills and the ability to wrangle an excitable team. The position will work with cross-vertical teams. Innate characteristics must include attention to detail quest for clarity the ability to see the big picture within all the moving parts and the gift to make things easier not harder.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Netrio Program Managers to develop and present detailed project plans charting deliverables and milestones for projects.
- Maintain and monitor project plans schedules risks and budget.
- Update project plans to reflect progress.
- Attend and document project meetings.
- Create and maintain risk registers.
- Coordinate scheduling of internal resources subcontractors and third parties/vendors.
- Manage expectations and be able to say no.
- Schedule and conduct project status meetings on regular intervals.
- Report project status to team stakeholders customers and leadership team.
- Coordinate resource availability and allocation with resource planners.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Has excellent facilitation and negotiating skills and is comfortable interacting with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

- An ability to manage multiple points of views while adhering to a single objective.
- Ability to communicate at all levels; peers engineers management and clients.
- Knows the importance of project documentation for a successful project.
- Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of IT Security Consulting and/or IT Service industry.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Working knowledge of project management planning resource management and scheduling tools.
Education
- B.S/B.A. Degree or Relevant Professional Experience preferred
The pay range for this position is $55000 to $65000 annually and is applicable for candidates who will be working in the following locations Minnesota. This range is subject to adjustment for other geographic work addition to geographic location Netrio considers education experience internal equity market demands and other qualifying criteria to determine starting salaries.
