*This role will be on a hybrid schedule with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage office 1-2 days/week
The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for leading the design administration and analysis of sales compensation programs ensuring compliance accuracy and effectiveness while resolving discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date documentation. The role also leads cross-functional collaboration data analysis and supporting ad hoc projects to optimize reporting processes and incentive outcomes.
What you will do:
- Enhance processes metrics and responsibilities to improve efficiency accuracy and sales growth
- Leads the design analysis and administration of sales compensation programs
- Works closely with Sales Sales Operations Finance and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration compliance and results
- Compiles calculates and processes commission and incentive pay for the business sales organization
- Develop maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics
- Lead the review and analysis of sales compensation data and summarizes findings for management
- Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve compensation discrepancies related to various financial and/or business partner data
- Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies
- Lead Cross-functional collaboration to refine and enhance sales compensation processes
- Ensure plan documents business rules and other documentation are updated with latest compensation rules and guidelines
- Implement compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs
- Monitor sales compensation programs outcomes ensuring adherence of participants and the effectiveness of plans
- Lead ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership including but not limited to: quarterly projection files financial accruals compensation metrics and trends etc
What you need:
- Bachelors degree required
- 2 years of relevant experience required
Preferred:
- Prefer advanced experience using MS Office Suite specifically Excel
- Experience using Callidus Power BI preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses using applicable technology tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
