Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

*This role will be on a hybrid schedule with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage office 1-2 days/week

The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for leading the design administration and analysis of sales compensation programs ensuring compliance accuracy and effectiveness while resolving discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date documentation. The role also leads cross-functional collaboration data analysis and supporting ad hoc projects to optimize reporting processes and incentive outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Enhance processes metrics and responsibilities to improve efficiency accuracy and sales growth
  • Leads the design analysis and administration of sales compensation programs
  • Works closely with Sales Sales Operations Finance and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration compliance and results
  • Compiles calculates and processes commission and incentive pay for the business sales organization
  • Develop maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics
  • Lead the review and analysis of sales compensation data and summarizes findings for management
  • Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve compensation discrepancies related to various financial and/or business partner data
  • Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies
  • Lead Cross-functional collaboration to refine and enhance sales compensation processes
  • Ensure plan documents business rules and other documentation are updated with latest compensation rules and guidelines
  • Implement compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs
  • Monitor sales compensation programs outcomes ensuring adherence of participants and the effectiveness of plans
  • Lead ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership including but not limited to: quarterly projection files financial accruals compensation metrics and trends etc

What you need:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2 years of relevant experience required

Preferred:

  • Prefer advanced experience using MS Office Suite specifically Excel
  • Experience using Callidus Power BI preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses using applicable technology tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
