What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as strategic advisor to the ACIO for Infrastructure Operations (IO) on IT portfolio priorities and modernization roadmaps.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide communications and executive briefings for OCIO and oversight bodies.
- Oversee development of dashboards that improve decision-making and transparency acrossTreasury.
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks; present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation alignedto MetaPhase values.
What We Need From You (Required):
- Masters degree or bachelors degree with 10 years advising Federal CIO organizations (strategy governance IT management).
- Proven expertise translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Experience with IT portfolio analytics and performance dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
- U.S. Citizenship & Tier 4 / High Public Trust eligibility.
Bonus Points (Desired):
- PMP ITIL 4 or SAFe certification.
- Treasury or IRS OCIO experience.
- Hybrid WashingtonDCmetro; onsite 3days/week with up to 2 approved telework days.
- Occasional (<10%).
- High Public Trust (Tier4); U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or related field required; Masters degree may substitute for years of experience.
- Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 150k - 165k.
