Regional Product Application Specialist (Motorgraders)
Job Summary
If you are looking for your next role to have a direct impact on the world we have an excellent career opportunity for you to join Caterpillars Global Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) team as a Product Application Specialist for Motograders products in Asia Pacific!
In this role you will provide technical and market support for Motorgraders products in region. Additionally you will support application and job studies communicate product and market information to the Product Group manage New Product Introduction (NPI) process and participate on the market strategy team.

Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management - Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Technical Excellence extensive knowledge of assigned products and application.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Negotiation skills Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Value Selling - Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service value and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
