Overview
Were looking for a talentedLinux Systems Administratorwith hands-on expertise inRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)andAnsible Automation Platform 2 (AAP2). If youre passionate about automation infrastructure as code and driving operational efficiency through DevOps practices this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Location: GTA Hybrid 2-Day in Office
Status: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Administer and automate Linux/Unix systems with a focus on RHEL
- Develop and manage Ansible Playbooks Roles and Inventories
- Operate and maintain Ansible Tower / Automation Controller environments
- Leverage Ansible Galaxy and Collections to scale automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments
- Write custom automation scripts using Python or Bash
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement containerized solutions
- Contribute to the scaling and optimization of automation workflows
Qualifications:
- Strong Linux/Unix administration experience
- Proficiency in RHEL and Ansible Automation Platform 2
- Expertise in shell scripting and command-line tools
- Deep understanding of Ansible and infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Podman)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating Ansible automation with ServiceNow
