Position Overview
System High Corporation delivers the most advanced protection and secrecy solutions to secure and strengthen critical missions programs operations and intelligence activities. We are seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Officer (Level III) to join our team. This position supports defensive CI activities across the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) mission space and plays a key role in identifying and mitigating foreign intelligence terrorism and espionage threats.
The CI Officer will contribute to the protection of sensitive programs and operations by conducting advanced CI analysis publishing intelligence assessments supporting foreign travel and contact briefings and collaborating across the Intelligence Community (IC) to support a wide range of NGA security and risk mitigation efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting daily all-source CI analysis to identify and assess threats to NGA personnel programs and systems
Producing and disseminating threat assessments damage assessments and intelligence reports
Supporting supply chain risk management foreign travel/contact briefings and debriefings and CI risk assessments
Coordinating with IC DoD and law enforcement partners to share CI trends threats and mitigation strategies
Delivering tailored CI briefings and reports to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting security clearance adjudications and unauthorized disclosure reviews
Conducting CI support to Research and Technology Protection (RTP) and Special Access Programs (SAPs)
Leveraging tools such as Palantir M3 TAC ARCSIGHT and others to support CI analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in defensive CI functions (investigations operations analysis briefings etc.)
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. National Intelligence Studies Political Science Engineering)
Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g. FBI Academy Army CI School)
Experience preparing CI threat assessments foreign travel/contact debriefs and supporting SAP/SCRM efforts
Desired:
Masters degree in a related field
Familiarity with NGA mission GEOINT operations and IC CI policy (e.g. ICD)
Experience conducting briefings coordinating with IC partners and using CI analysis tools
Security Clearance Requirement
An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Subject to undergo a CI polygraph
