What You Will Experience In This Role:

CAMP is seeking an experienced Corporate Staff Accountant III to join our Accounting team in its San Diego CA office. This role is integral in managing complex consolidations M&A and intercompany transactions and financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS excels in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate cross-functionally.

You Have:

Financial Reporting & Consolidations:

  • Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for multiple business units and regions
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions
  • Assist in preparation of supporting schedules

General Ledger & Intercompany Accounting:

  • Oversee intercompany transactions reconciliations and eliminations across multiple subsidiaries
  • Perform and review complex account reconciliations including multi-currency transactions
  • Work closely with tax teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing and intercompany allocations

Process Improvement & Systems Optimization:

  • Drive continuous improvements in financial processes automation and reporting efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize workflows and accounting software functionality

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support:

  • Work closely with FP&A tax and legal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth acquisitions and investment decisions
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed financial insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field
  • 6 years experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in GAAP IFRS and multi-entity consolidations
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required
  • Ability to navigate complex intercompany transactions and multi-currency accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity
  • Effective as a team player and working autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and with minimal supervision

Bonus Points

  • CPA or progress toward certification
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions and post-merger financial integration and accounting
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing

Salary Range: $90000 - $100000 DOE (Depending on experience)
