Funding Innovation is currently hiring a Field Program Easel Manager to join our team and support our well-established Art Easel Fundraising Program in the Red Deer Area

This is a unique opportunity to combine your love for charitable work with the freedom of being your own boss. As a Field Manager you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our program in the Greater Red Deer Area.

Time Commitment: Part-time (4-5 days a month)
Estimated Compensation: $1500 per month

About the Role

As a Field Program Easel Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with participating retail easel host locations.
  • Swapping out art prints on a bi-weekly basis across your assigned territory (Ponoka to Didsbury)
  • Collecting and submitting auction bids during each visit.
  • Managing inventory levels and keeping the Red Deer warehouse organized.
  • Collaborating with our Head Office and charity partners to identify and secure new high-traffic easel locations.
  • You can choose to deliver sold prints to successful bidders for additional income.

Qualifications

To be considered candidates must:

  • Reside in the Red Deer Area
  • Own a van or SUV suitable for transporting artwork and easels.
  • Be self-motivated organized persuasive and driven.
  • Past sales experience an asset
  • Possess excellent time-management skills.
  • Hold a valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance.

What We Offer

This is an Independent Contractor role giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact. Youll invoice Funding Innovation monthly based on a fixed commission per print sold. Additional compensation is available for deliveries you complete.

  • Estimated monthly earnings: $1500 (commissions delivery fees)
  • Opportunity to increase income by expanding easel locations
  • All art and program-related supplies provided
  • Hands-on training at our head office in Burlington and in your market

Note: You are responsible for your own business-related expenses (vehicle phone office equipment etc.) and must manage your tax obligations as a contractor.
