Our Business Intelligence Team provides services solutions and support to a wide range of customers including financial institutions corporations universities government agencies executives and business professionals.

About the Role:

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Specialist you will play a pivotal role in expanding Dow Jones footprint across the APAC region by driving adoption of our AI-powered and data-driven solutions. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise solution selling deep understanding of the AI/data ecosystem and the ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.

Youll partner closely with Sales Generalists Product Engineering and Marketing teams to craft strategic solution narratives that resonate with enterprise clients. Your consultative approach commercial acumen and ability to translate complex technology into meaningful business impact will be key to your success.

You Will:

  • Own and drive complex high-value sales cycles for AI-powered and data-centric enterprise solutions (e.g. News Analytics Factiva content GenAI APIs real-time event data) across key APAC markets including Japan China Southeast Asia India and ANZ.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g. CIO CDO CTO Heads of Data/Innovation/Analytics) positioning Dow Jones as a long-term strategic partner.

  • Lead solution design discussions with cross-functional internal teams and external client stakeholders to shape integrated use cases that align to customer priorities and tech stack (e.g. Snowflake Azure AWS).

  • Drive strategic account planning and pipeline development in collaboration with Sales Generalists unlocking net-new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

  • Evangelize Dow Jones AI roadmap and capabilitiesclearly articulating the business value of ML models generative AI and news analytics in the context of industry-specific use cases.

  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive dynamics to identify whitespace opportunities and differentiate Dow Jones offerings.

  • Contribute to thought leadership and client education through events briefings and strategic workshops.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and emerging market needs.

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting pipeline forecasts and opportunity tracking in our global CRM system.

You Have:

  • 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development with a focus on data analytics AI SaaS or API-based solutions.

  • Proven success in selling to large enterprises and managing complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate strategic accounts identify key decision-makers and build influence at the executive level.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts data workflows cloud ecosystems and API-based integration; experience with data licensing and feeds is highly desirable.

  • Strong commercial acumen with consultative selling skills and familiarity with methodologies such as Challenger MEDDPICC or SPIN.

  • A collaborative mindset with experience working across matrixed teams including marketing product and customer success.

  • Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills tailored to both business and technical audiences.

  • Regional experience and cultural fluency across APAC markets.

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese Korean or Mandarin Chinese is a plus; English fluency is required.

  • Willingness to travel across the region (approximately 30%).
