About the role
We are currently recruiting aProgram/Project Coordinatorto jointhe Major Projects team.This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energys operational footprint throughout NSW but with a preference for the Port Macquarie area.
The successful candidate will support the project/program delivery team and the Major Projects Manager by providing governance reporting quality assurance risk and issues management project administration and resource and materials management.
This role is crucial in ensuring that both Essential Energy and customer-funded network investment programs and projects adhere to committed time frames and applicable processes.
Key responsibilities
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role including entry level project or change activities along with experience in maintaining accurate records in business systems logistics coordination procurement and balancing priorities to meet deadlines.
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record of supporting project/program delivery teams to achieve their goals.
Your high-level interpersonal skills allow you to build and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and you are proficient in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role such as Oracle (ERP) MS Office MS Project and SharePoint. You have a knack for acquiring collating analysing and presenting data and trends and you are always thinking and acting innovatively.
