DISHER is partnering with a customer seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to lead and provide ongoing support through their manufacturing life cycle. This a contract to hire role working on 2nd shift. With general direction you will lead the introduction of new products into the facility improve productivity and profitability of existing production procedures.

What you will get to do:
Provides timely product and process support for any manufacturing area to diagnose problems and implement solutions to minimize interruptions to production.
Leads the implementation of significant product process or other corporate change initiatives being introduced into the plant.
Provides advanced research to introduce/integrate new processes equipment and technologies into the company.
Independently with innovation and creativity evaluates manufacturing processes to ensure optimal labor and material costs to increase productivity and profitability.
What will make you successful:
Very strong analysis skills: process capacity cost/benefit waste stream and quality tools.
Knowledge in lean manufacturing techniques: flow PQ equipment reliability and set up reduction.
Bachelors degree (BS) in Manufacturing Engineering required.
02 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering production support or a related field.
