We have an exciting mission-based opportunity in a beautiful Maine community close to the coast. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for our geriatric population within our Community Care & Geriatric department modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
LCSW LCPC LMFT and Conditionally Licensed providers are encouraged to apply. Advanced degree in MH Counseling Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensing in the state of Maine to provide mental health counseling. All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFTs will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $10000 to $15000 depending on prior experience!
