Were delighted to be assisting one of Londons most iconic five-star hotels as they continue to elevate their 3 Rosette flagship restaurant. With a refined take on modern British cuisine this elegantly designed dining room delivers a seamless blend of innovation seasonality and impeccable service.

Theyre now looking for a confident and driven Executive Sous Chef to lead from the front support the Executive Chef in setting standards across the kitchen and play a key role in shaping the future of the 3 Rosette restaurant.

  • 58000 per annum plus circa 6000 in service charge
  • Working 5 days on 2 days off

Responsibilities as the Executive Sous Chef

  • Taking a leading role in managing the day-to-day 3 Rosette kitchen operation
  • Supporting and deputising for the Executive Chef in all areas of leadership and planning
  • Coaching and developing a skilled brigade in a fast-paced fine dining environment
  • Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation across all sections
  • Collaborating on menu development new concepts and kitchen innovation
  • Upholding rigorous hygiene safety and compliance standards
