In this role you will be working as a Safety Manager for a company that specializes in structural steel projects across the Southeast. Youll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 1012 safety coordinators across 1015 active jobs. The role requires strong leadership field experience and communication skills.
This position is a contract to possible permanent role. The role is primarily on-site in the office with occasional travel to job sites as needed.
Job Requirements
- OSHA 500 required
- Experience overseeing safety across multiple active construction sites
- Structural steel experience required
- Prior experience managing safety teams or field coordinators
- Familiarity with Procore a plus (client is open to training)
- Strong verbal communication and leadership skills
