Job Description

Covenant Health is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a per diem day shift assignment at Bangor Nursing & Rehab Center. If youre passionate about providing quality care in a long-term care setting and thrive in a team-centered environment wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting

  • Support nursing staff with basic care and comfort measures

  • Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Required Credentials:

  • Active CNA license (Online License Verification required)

  • Annual Mandatory Training Attestation Form

  • CEU Dementia Training

  • 2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON

  • Hepatitis B Series Titer or Declination

  • MMR Titers or Immunizations

  • Varicella Titer or Immunizations

  • Influenza Vaccination

  • Criminal Background Check

  • National & State Sex Offender Searches

  • EPLS/GSA and OIG Searches
