The Center Administrator Assistant executes staffing plans policies and procedures for the facility and works closely with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions typically are related to schedule plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and has ability to influence a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Provides feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.
Job Functions:
Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing filing etc.
Create productivity and other reports for the administrator.
Participates in marketing events.
Oversees completion of special projects and cascades to staff.
Complies with company policy and procedures.
Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR.
Responsible for answering phones maintaining logs daily reporting and scheduling meetings.
Reviews center statistics and maintain goals.
Responsible for opening and closing the center.
Daily working of reports in Data hub for EDAPS and HEDIS help manage employees assisting and learning the Administrators role.
Requirements:
Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.
Excellent customer service.
Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights.
Adhere to all Company policies.
Microsoft Word Power Point and Excel
Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.
Bilingual English (read write & speak) and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree
Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast-paced environment.
