Start Date:28 July 2025
End Date: 19 September 2025
Working Hours:36.25 per week
Pay Rate: 13.12 per hour plus holiday pay
Location: Dearing Building Jubilee Campus
Dress Code: Smart casual
The duties will include:
- Transcribing audio recordings
- Responding to email enquiries.
- Sending emails and recording responses.
- Checking and updating information in spreadsheets and lists.
- Creating documents.
- Helping count or weigh out sets of Counting Collections small resources (for young children to practise counting with) into mini storage boxes.
- Helping to collate sets of the 60 different Counting Collections mini storage boxes ready for delivery to schools.
- Scanning and shredding documents from previous projects.
- Other admin tasks as required.
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills including a high standard of written English
- Friendly and accommodatinginterpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Attention to detail.
- Confidence to work with minimum day to day supervision.
- Good organisational skills.
